Shipping
We can ship to any address in the US and Canada.
When you place an order, you can choose whether you want us to ship it UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day. We will need several days to manufacture and/or personalize your items before they are ready to ship. So it could take anywhere from 5-20 days to reach you. If you need your items by a specific date, please enter that info in the Order Information/Comments area at the bottom of the Order Confirmation page and we will do our best to get it to you by then.
Sales Tax
Applicable Sales Tax will be added only to orders shipped to Minnesota.
Returns Policy
If you'd like to request to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Unfortunately, items that have been customized or personalized are generally not returnable unless we have made an error in the personalization or the item is defective.
